Introduction and Acceptance

By using the cu99 website (cu99.lat) and all associated services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and form a valid agreement between the cu99 platform and the user. cu99 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Account Registration and Eligibility

One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on cu99 is ৳100 (one hundred taka), which applies equally to each payment method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

All deposits are processed in the same currency (Bangladeshi Taka / BDT). If the information provided at the time of deposit is incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled. Funds sent from a third-party account or under a different name will not be accepted, and cu99 will not be responsible for returning such funds.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. cu99 will not be liable for delays in processing withdrawal requests if they are caused by the payment provider.

• Withdrawals can only be made through a verified account.
• Funds will be sent to the payment method registered in your name.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• cu99 may place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.

Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or government charges.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members on cu99 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement).

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the cu99 platform.
• A promotional offer can be claimed once only — repeat claims from the same household or device are not accepted.
• cu99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of fraud is found.
• Bonus offer terms are subject to change and the latest information will be available on the platform.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

VIP Program

The cu99 VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can reach higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP benefits are linked to individual accounts and are non-transferable. cu99 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cu99 platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards through collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to cu99's software or systems.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, cu99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action where applicable.

The cu99 website, its design, logo, graphics, software, content, and all related materials are the exclusive property of cu99 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from cu99 is prohibited. Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Limitation of Liability
